Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; stir in half the apples. Spread onto bottom of small shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining apples. Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until heated through.
Serve with graham pieces.
