Upgrade after school snack time with these sweet pizzas! Use your favorite jam and fruit flavors on grahams, then top with cream cheese spread "cheese shreds".

- 4 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken crosswise in half (8 squares)
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry jam
- ¼ cup cream cheese spread
- ⅓ cup halved seedless red grapes
