Holiday Cheese and Cracker Tree
Celebrate Christmas with this festive tree-shaped charcuterie board! Using pre-sliced meat and cheeses makes this recipe oh so easy to make. Even the kids can help!
Ingredient list
- 2 sharp cheddar cheese slices
- 1 Colby Jack cheese slice
- 1 pepper Jack cheese slice
- 6 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 10 RITZ Crackers
- 16 WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
- 15 thin pepperoni slices (about 1 oz.)
- 4 pimiento-stuffed green olives, sliced
- Fresh parsley

Recipe Tips
Cut each cheese slice into quarters. Reserve 1 pepper Jack cheese slice quarter for later use. Cut all remaining cheese quarters diagonally in half to make triangles.
Place 1 cracker a few inches from the bottom edge of a large cheese board or tray for the tree trunk. Place remaining crackers, cheese triangles and pepperoni slices in alternating rows above the tree trunk to resemble a Christmas tree as shown in photo.
Cut reserved pepper Jack cheese quarter into a star and place at top of tree.
Add olive slices and parsley for the tree's decorations.
