aerial photographer aerial photographers We were recently commissioned by Fugro Subsea Services Ltd of Aberdeen to photograph their ship the MV Fugro Meridian.

The client wanted to show the ship while it was working and so it was decided to photograph it while it was carrying out a subsea survey, of the Ormonde wind farm in the Irish Sea 12 miles off Barrow-in-Furness.

If you look closely you can see the orange bouys off the stern of the ship, which are supporting part of the sonar array, which scans the sea floor.

In pictures 21 and 21A you can also see the bouys supporting the other end of the array - 600 metres astern of the ship.
