Fresh berries, eggs and milk create a rich bread pudding with FIG NEWTONS Cookies. Easy enough for a weeknight dessert but delicious enough for a special occasion!

Heat oven to 325°F.
Cut strawberries into quarters, then cut raspberries in half. Combine fruit and cookies in 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over fruit mixture. Let stand 10 min.
Bake 55 min. or until center is set. Cool slightly.
